Cozy Loaf Sourdough Bread is a home-based micro-bakery owned and operated by Daly Roman, serving Kissimmee, Florida and surrounding areas. All baking takes place in a residential kitchen under Florida's Cottage Food Operation laws.

Because our products are made in a home kitchen, they are not subject to the same inspection requirements as commercial food facilities. Our products may have been produced in a kitchen that also handles wheat, dairy, eggs, nuts, and other common allergens.

Placing an order on cozyloafbread.com is a request — not a final confirmation. Daly will text you within 2 hours of your submission to confirm availability and send a secure payment link (Venmo, Zelle, or card).

Your order is only confirmed once payment is received. If we cannot fulfill your order (sold out, baking day full, outside our delivery area), we will let you know and no charge will be made.

Delivery is currently limited to Kissimmee, FL and surrounding zip codes. A flat $3.50 delivery fee applies per order regardless of the number of items in your cart. Your first delivery is on us — free.

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. We reserve the right to update pricing at any time, but any order already confirmed will be honored at the price you were quoted.

Payment is due before delivery. We accept Venmo, Zelle, and major credit/debit cards through our payment processor.

Because every loaf is baked to order, refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund Policy. In short: no refunds will be issued more than 24 hours after order submission. See the Refund Policy page for details.

We take pride in every loaf. If something is wrong with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery so we can make it right.

Our breads contain wheat. Some products may contain or be cross-contaminated with dairy, eggs, nuts, seeds, or other allergens. If you have an allergy, please ask before ordering — we cannot guarantee an allergen-free product.

You agree to use cozyloafbread.com only for lawful purposes. You may not copy, scrape, reproduce, or use any content from this site (including images, text, and recipes) for commercial purposes without our written permission.

We may suspend or remove access to the site at any time without notice.

Cozy Loaf Sourdough Bread, Daly Roman, and any related parties are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or our products. Our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Updates take effect on the "Last updated" date shown at the top of this page. Continued use of the site means you accept the revised terms.

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute related to the site or your order will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Osceola County, Florida.
