A Neighbor, a Kitchen, and a Starter Named Sol
Daly Roman grew up around the kind of bread you can't find in a supermarket. The kind that takes three days and a lot of patience. After years of baking for family and neighbors, she decided to share that joy with Kissimmee — one loaf at a time.
Every loaf is hand-shaped, slow-fermented, and baked in a home oven with real intention. No shortcuts. No preservatives. Just grain, water, salt, and time.
