Refund Policy
Every loaf at Cozy Loaf Sourdough Bread is hand-shaped, fermented overnight, and baked fresh the morning of your delivery. Because of how we bake, we have a simple, strict refund window — please read it before you order.
The 24-hour rule
No refunds will be issued more than 24 hours after order submission.
Once 24 hours have passed from the moment you submitted your order, the order is final and non-refundable — even if delivery is still days away. By that point, Daly has already planned her bake, set her dough, and bought ingredients specifically for your order.
Inside the 24-hour window
If you change your mind within 24 hours of submitting your order, email cozyloafsourdoughbread@gmail.com or text +1 939-286-3090 and we will cancel the order and issue a full refund to your original payment method.
Refunds typically arrive within 3–5 business days, depending on your bank or payment app.
If something is wrong with your loaf
We take pride in every loaf we bake. If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or with a clear quality issue, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a photo and a short description. We will either replace the loaf on our next delivery day or refund that item — your choice.
Claims made more than 24 hours after delivery cannot be honored.
Missed deliveries
If you are not home and there is no safe place to leave your order, Daly will text you to coordinate. If we cannot reach you and the loaf cannot be left safely, the order is forfeited and not eligible for a refund.
Delivery fees
The flat $3.50 delivery fee is non-refundable once your order has been confirmed and the delivery has been scheduled.
